RULES & REGULATIONS
All parties are two hours long. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your booked time. Over 20 children, each additional child is $6. All packages include 25 adults at no charge, each additional adult is $4 to a maximum of 45 persons per room.
Helium balloons, pinatas & confetti are not permitted on our facility. No smoking, or alcohol allowed anywhere in this building.
Any additional time over a scheduled party is $65 for each half hour and $120.00 per hour, based on availability. When confirming your party time a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your party time. Please remember if you need to cancel your party booking, the deposit amount cannot be refunded to you. If the party is cancelled within 3 weeks of the party date, you are responsible for the full party payment. All prices listed above do not include taxes. Children must be supervised by accompanying adult at all times. Kids on the Loose does not supervise your children. EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO WEAR SOCKS OR SLIPPERS...THIS IS MANDATORY, NO BARE FEET OR SHOES ALLOWED. Kids on the Loose is a nut-aware environment. Pizza and cake MUST be ordered through KOTL. NO FOOD DELIVERIES ALLOWED. NO ice cream cakes. Review of food being brought into facility by KOTL is required prior to party. No chewing gum. Children are required to eat and drink in dining area. Appropriate behaviour and language is expected. To ensure a healthy environment, please do not enter the playland if you or your children are unwell. Accidents happen! If your child soils please notify us right away so we can properly sanitize the area. This benefits everyone! Kids on the Loose reserves the right to request that any individual not adhering to our safety policies leave the facility immediately without refund. PLEASE REMEMBER YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20.00 FOR EVERY 10 MINUTES PAST YOUR DEPARTURE TIME.// NO EXCEPTIONS. KIDS ON THE LOOSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE BUSINESS. Kids on the Loose Playland does not supervise the children attending the party and Kids on the Loose is NOT responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen personal effects and/or gifts. KIDS ON THE LOOSE PLAYLAND AND CAFÉ WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES TO UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN.
